is it possible for you to add another alert at home for "Approval Review - Document Review, Leaves and expenses claim" other than the email alerts so that users will be able to see the summary at home instead of going to each panel at the side panel to check.
I have just updated HR.my to support a new Notification module where you can check all alerts. It's on the upper right corner, just next to the Account icon.
