HR.my
R3 has just been updated, a lot of work has been revamped in the previous system and here are some of the important highlights:
New:
Change:
Fix:
What's next:
Any idea what other features you will need in this free only HR and Payroll management system ? Off the top of my head, here is a brief list but I need your input to help prioritize which comes first:
New:
- "No Contribution" option for SOCSO category
- Options for 6% and 6.5% Employer EPF contribution, 5.5% Employee EPF contribution for employees aged 60 years and above, up to 75 years
- Option to "Keep processed salary result of other employees" for processing salary of selected employees, if you want other employees' previously processed result for THE SAME period to be removed upon current processing, simply untick this option
Change:
- Remove the option to process salary for "Except Selected Employees"
Fix:
- Variable Deduction must be taken into account before EPF and Tax calculation
- Payroll history shows all the same result list for every month
- Password retrieval not working
- Date selection box does not show proper calendar for date picking
- The paging toolbar for Supervisor selection box does not work
- After completing Salary Process, then back to Edit Variable Pay and Deduction stage, new variable pay or deduction could not be added
- Sorting by column does not work for Salary Process result list
- Miscellaneous minor issues

Hi Qin Sheng,
Thanks for the feeback. May I have further input from you:
1. Which of the module do you need to export to Excel files?
2. Total of which report required in this case?
Thanks

I also think that this feature very important for accounting. because if have this feature, the account side will very easy to work,
they can just pass the amount to journey and detail can refer to your payroll system. if not the accountant still need to calculate 1 by 1
and abit waste time. anyway i like your payroll system alot ...
