Hi, my employee missed the 72 hours activation access. I tried to resend but couldnt resend or reset the email. In the Web Account it says that her account is Enabled but she cannot access. Please advise. Thank you.

If her account falls under Enabled tab, that means her account has already been successfully signed up, there is no need to resend invitation again.
If she cannot sign in her account, ask her to reset her password. Also ask her to take note of the tab she signs in, she is supposed to sign in via Employee tab.
