Cannot reset password as email address cannot be used

Hello. My employee have problem to access her web account as she forgot the password. Another problem was when she click the forget password, new password send to email address that no longer can be used.

Admin have tried to change the email address but cannot be done as any changes to employee email can only be done thru their own web account.

Please advise.

1. Hi, if the employee loses access to the original email address, then the account is basically gone for good.

2. As an employee account's ownership belongs to the employee, there is nothing an admin could do now.

3. You may create a new employee and invite the employee again.
