Dear Kap-Chew,
One of the things you can look at next is opening up APIs of HR.my. From custom reporting to customised UI development, this will be extremely helpful. It will also trigger a community of developers to build and contribute things. This way you still have control over the service and at the same time encourage the community to build. We for example would love to build reports that are aligned with our requirements as per local laws.
