Circumstantial Leaves

1. One of the ways is by using the method I suggested, i.e. set entitlement to 365 days, and let them apply under this leave, but you have to check each application under this entitlement to see if it exceeds 15 days.

2. Another way is to set entitlement to 15 days and don't allow negative balance. Whenever an employee applies leaves under this entitlement, you have to TOP UP the entitlement back to 15 days by adding the days that they have already taken previously.

Anyhow, this will be a very tedious process.
