How do you guys manage your claims? The transaction report generated with Excel doesn't allow auto sum of amount claimed by a person, or am I doing it wrong?

It's Excel, you can sum it easily by yourself.

Hi Kap-Chew

Yes, I did export the Excel however because the sum has "MYR" therefore it does sum up when selected. Let me show you a screenshot of my screen.

Any attempt to sum it becomes "0" and if I select the 3 figures, it appears as a count instead of the sum of the amount.

I see. I didn't notice the currency string, as my claim reports are without currency. Later I think I will change the exported content to separate the currency string into another field, is that ok?

Thank you! but also curious how did you do your setting that currency is not captured in your Excel? I wasn't sure if the field was compulsory when setting the claims.

In your Expense Type, remove the Currency setting.
