Issue receiving the confirmation and request code for changing the email

HI! I hope anyone can enlighten me on this issue we're having.

We recently changed our internal email and asked our employees to update their logins too. Today several of them managed to update their registered email in HR.my but there's also a significant number who cannot receive either the request code, confirmation code, or both. We have also tried the option of sending the administrator the code instead but that also seems like a hit or miss.

Any idea what could be causing this?

Hi,

My server log shows that there are many bounce-backs from your email domains "advglobal.org" and "advbeta.run", due to reason "smtp; 550 Email blocked by bl.mxrbl.com".

You may ask your email administrator to whitelist emails from HR.my in order to prevent such miss in future.
