Wrongly register for HR Web Account was created by Suzanne Lim

Hi Kap Chew, my employee wrongly register the email as employer (adminstrator),is it possible that change back to employee ? He only have 1 email.

Hi, there is no need to change. Just ask your employee to close the Employer account. Click at the account icon on the upper right corner, then click at Preferences to close account.

After that, send another invitation to your employee to sign up.
