HR.my R39 has just been updated, here are some of the important highlights:

- View and update Personal profile
- Alert Portlet for employee job anniversary and birthday
- Overview Portlet
- Change user account password
- Change user registered email
- Fixed: iOS 14 devices sign in issue
- Fixed: iOS Remark field being hidden behind camera preview in Time Clock and Field Check-In
- Expense Claim Transaction Export
- Module Access - Allows Employers to specify which modules are accessible to employees. Inaccessible modules will be hidden from the portal. Customizing Module Access will also change the content of invitation email sent for the sign-up of Employee Web Account
- Search Document & Form Sharing by employee ID or Name

i can’t seem to log in from iphone still. How can I resolve this?

Hi Kap Chew,
Are you able to see the attachment? It says 'failed to create attachment directory.
Anyways. It says invalid credentials but I've checked it many times. It's the same on my Safari and Chrome browser on desktop as well as mobile. But I still can't log in on the app.

Did you login from the correct tab? If you are signing in as Admin, make sure you click the Administrator tab.
If you are signing in as HR.my Manager or other HR Role, make sure you sign in from your Employer Portal URL.
