Legal Document Download Restriction

Is there a way to request permission first before downloading the legal documents through the employee's web accounts? or a download restriction once it is opened as a pdf file?

Hi. Apologies for the late response. On the employee's web account - legal document section, you have the option to view the document uploaded by the employer. (e.g. hr.my admin uploaded the employee#1's contract, employee #1 is able to view and download the file) Once it is opened as pdf (viewed in the browser like Chrome), an option to download will be available on the top right corner. Is there a way to manage the documents in hr.my so that they can be viewed but cannot be downloaded?
