Hello,

I have a monthly salary of RM3600, plus RM400 as shift allowance and RM40 parking allowance.

This month, I was given RM810 as a KPI bonus from my company. But when I saw the payslip, I was also charged with a RM531 employee tax at that month.

Feeling something amiss, I asked the HR and was given the attached E-PCB calculations as proof.

(see attachment)

I have used the calculator on the main page and got the net salary result as 4190.10 (salary 4040, bonus 810) But the amount I got is only 3772

Could someone kindly explain what happened?

Hi Sichiri,

The difference is because from the E-PCB calculation, your accumulated earnings have been taken into account, while the our payroll calculator only helps to estimate standard PCB based on standard PCB deduction table.
